My name is Jim Howe, I have a life experience with Scottish and English property markets concerning cultural and British expectations. My wife , Sylvia Howe is Bulgarian and was an estate agent in Bulgaria before we married a few years ago.
Over the last few years we have built our company and intend to stay in the property market in Bulgaria for a long time. We have a high respect for our customers expectations and satisfaction and pride ourselves on standing by our clients after the sale.
We believe property in Bulgaria offers incredible value for money and, with entry to the EC scheduled for 2007, will offer the discerning purchaser strong capital appreciation potential.
We believe our turnkey service is all-inclusive and our customers rely on us to be honest and impartial. We are not tied to any one estate agent or developer but, over time, have built up contacts with estate agents, sellers and developers alike. We give you an honest opinion on the market and will tell you very quickly about your particular investment requirement
